FAQ
The terms of participation

1.1. To participate in the exhibition you must:
• submit an application for participation no later than a month before the start of the exhibition;
• agree on the wall plan with the Organizer no later than a month before the start of the exhibition;
• conclude a participation agreement no later than a month before the start of the exhibition;
• make payment according to the agreement;
1.2. The cost of participation includes:
• registration fee
• cost of exhibition space: cost of additional equipment and services;
1.3. Reservation of a place is made after payment of 30% of the total cost of the exhibition space within 3 days after signing the contract.
1.4. Payment is made: in Euro and Tenge
1.5. Applications received later than 30 days before the start of the exhibition will be accepted subject to availability of space.
1.6. The Organizer reserves the right to place exhibition stands based on the developed general planning in the order of receipt of payments, taking into account, as far as possible, the wishes of the Participant.
1.7. Without the Organizer’s permission, it is strictly prohibited to place exhibits and advertising objects outside the stand (aisles and other rooms).
Registration fee: 350 euro
The registration fee is required for each participant and includes:
• registration of the company as an Exhibitor
• placement of information about the Exhibitor in the official exhibition catalogue;
• provision of 1 badge for every 3 m 2 of ordered area;
• general security regime, cleaning of passages, utilities.
Cost of 1 m2 of equipped area: 250 euro.
Equipped exhibition area of 9 m 2 includes:
• fencing with wall panels;
• carpet on the stand;
• a frieze with an inscription approved by the Participant on each open side of the stand;
• podium 100x50x100 cm
• 1 table, 3 chairs;
• lighting – 2 LED 30W lamps;
• 1 electrical socket (1 kW);
• 1 waste basket.
If the area changes, the standard equipment warehouse changes disproportionately!
Cost of 1 m 2 of unequipped area: 220 euro;
Unequipped exhibition area is a marked floor area without wall structures, without electricity connection and without carpeting. Only specialized companies from among those accredited by the IEC have the right to build a stand (exclusive) on an unequipped area. The time of arrival at the exclusive stand of the Participant is agreed upon with the developer and the exhibition organizer.
The space provided to the Participant cannot be subleased without the written permission of the Organizer.
All prices include taxes.

Responsibilities of the organizer

2.1. Organize an exhibition campaign.
2.2. Provide E-mail information about working hours and visiting the exhibition to industry specialists and trading companies.
2.3. Place information about the Exhibitor in the official exhibition catalog and on the organizer’s website.
2.4. Provide the Participant with space, equipment and services in accordance with his application.
2.5. Carry out installation, dismantling of the exposition and operation of the exhibition according to the established deadlines:

2.6. Ensure the security of exhibition exhibits on the exhibition territory during the exhibition days from 18.00 to 9.00 the next morning.
2.7. The Organizer is not responsible for the preservation of the Participant’s property, its damage or theft during the exhibition, installation and dismantling.
2.8. Organize cleaning of aisles.

Participant Responsibilities

3.1. Make payment for participation in accordance with the terms specified in the Agreement.
3.2. The participant bears financial responsibility for damage to exhibition equipment and property of the exhibition premises. The Participant is responsible for the serviceability of electrical equipment connected to the outlet by the Participant.
3.3. Exhibitors are required to comply with fire safety rules.
3.4. The removal of exhibits is carried out with the written permission of the Organizer after the closing of the exhibition.
Participants do not have the right to remove exhibits from their stands before the end of the exhibition.

4.1. Basic information about the Participant contains:
• name and address;
• contacts;
• type of company;
• scope of activity;
• company and brand logo.
4.2. The organizer reserves the right to correct spelling and stylistic errors.
4.3. The Organizer is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the Participant or advertiser
